21 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study will be undertaken with both males and females aged 21 to 35 years who are: 1. Free from any neurological or neurodevelopmental conditions (i.e., formally diagnosed); 2. No known cardiovascular or cardiometabolic condition (i.e., formally diagnosed); 3. Within a healthy Body mass index range of 18.5 – 22.9 kg/m2; 4. Free from any severe lower limb or back injury for the past 6 months that requires medical consultation; 5. Not on any long-term medication (>2 months) for pain or mood disturbances. 6. Free from any metallic implants such as pacemakers, cochlear implants and/or shunts in the head or chest area. 7. No contraindications to moderate-high intensity exercise participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are taking certain medications or have a history of using specific drugs or substances. 2. Individuals with a history of psychiatric or mental health disorders will also be excluded.
