Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Age range from 18 to 70 years old, regardless of gender; (3) The MoCA Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale scores 18-26 points; (4) MMSE scale screening17 points, primary school group (education years = 6 years)>20 points, secondary school and above (education years>6 years)>24 points); (5) No history of mental illness, clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate in completing the scale evaluation; (6) Patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction (or cerebral hemorrhage) during the recovery period within 6 months after stroke; (7) Patients and their families voluntarily participate, are aware of the treatment process and risks, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, and malignant tumors; (2) Individuals with obvious hearing and visual abnormalities, aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, etc. who cannot cooperate with the scale assessment; (3) Cognitive impairment that existed before the onset of the disease or was caused by other reasons after the onset of the disease (such as Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, encephalitis, poisoning, white matter degeneration disease, etc.); (4) Fear of acupuncture, prone to dizziness and needle stagnation; (5) Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; (6) Individuals with unclear consciousness, abnormal vital signs, and the need for rescue at any time.
