Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Day-case elective saphenous vein ablation surgery under local anesthesia, ASAI level II; 2.Aged 18 to 64 years old; 3.BMI, 18 to 30 kg/m^2; 4.No obvious lung disease; 5.Normal communication; 6.Voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases: such as severe coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.; 2. Endocrine system diseases: pituitary gland tumors, severe diabetes, hypercortisolism syndrome, pheochromocytoma, etc.; 3. Mental and psychological diseases: such as Schizophrenia, depression, history of taking chronic analgesics, history of alcoholism, and opioid dependence; 4. Unable to understand the Pain Assessment Scale, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and the 15-item postoperative recovery quality scale (15 -item Quality of Recovery, QoR-15); 5. Parkinson's disease, history of cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease, insomnia, epilepsy; 6. People with a history of bleeding diseases or abnormal coagulation function; 7. Unable to take care of themselves before surgery ; 8. Individuals with visual (i.e. myopia, blindness), hearing or language impairments.
