Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with a clear diagnosis of primary liver cancer, pathologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma, and their caregivers. ? GAD-7 screening indicates mild or moderate anxiety symptoms. ? Age: 18-65 years old. ? Right-handed. ? Primary school graduates or above. ? The Han Nationality. ? Subjects are required to be socially functional, have full behavioral and responsibility capabilities, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The DSM-V tool was used to conduct interviews with patients who were eligible for major depressive episode, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, organic mental disorder, substance-related mental disorder or diagnosed with other mental disorders, as well as other cognitive disorders such as mental retardation and personality disorders. ? Substance abusers. ? Patients with color blindness, color weakness, deafness, stuttering and other effects on neurocognitive tests. ? Pregnancy within 1 year. ? Electroconvulsive therapy within 6 months. ?Have had regular meditation or yoga practice in the past 1 month. ?The use of VR devices complained of discomfort.
