Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients: those who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and were diagnosed as ischemic stroke by craniocerebral CT or MRI; age =18 years old; obtain informed consent. (2) Caregiver: If there are multiple primary caregivers at the same time, the patient will designate one of them as the primary caregiver of this study; provide daily care for patients free of charge; volunteer to participate in research and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients:with serious organic damage to other organs, such as malignant tumors, heart failure, etc.; or with severe cognitive impairment or severe mental illness. (2) Caregiver: a person who will cease caring in the foreseeable future; with cognitive dysfunction, speech and communication disorders; with serious illness or mental illness.
