Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic hepatectomy. 2. Aged 18 to 65 years. 3. No restriction on gender. 4. Physical status class ?-III based on the American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) classification. 5. Ethically approved,patients signed the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to cooperate with observation index score. 2. Patients allergy to local anesthetics or opioids. 3. Patients with infection of puncture site. 4. BMI > 35 kg/m² or BMI = 1.4, or a platelet count < 80 × 10?/L.
