Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with cervical spondylotic myelopathy by clinical and radiological assessment; 3. Receive posterior single open-door laminoplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical spine trauma with fractures and/or dislocations; 2. Tumor of cervical spine; 3. Infectious disease of cervical spine; 4. Previous surgery in cervical spine region; 5. With severe neck pain (neck visual analog scale >3); 6. With severe cervical spine kyphotic deformity (Cobb angle >15 degrees); 7. Receive combine approach surgery; 8. With uncontrollable comorbidities; 9. Disease involved upper cervical region; 10. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis;
