Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis (T value = -2.5) or lumbar QCT examination (bone = 80mg/cm3): Refer to the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Primary Osteoporosis (2017) of the Chinese Medical Association Osteoporosis and Mineral Disease Branch. 2: Women aged 45-85 who have experienced menopause for at least 12 months; Or males aged 50-80. 3: Volunteer learning guidance exercise and sign an informed consent form. The informed consent process complies with the relevant provisions of GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe osteoporosis (combined with brittle fractures) or a history of fractures in the past two years 2: Used drugs that increase the risk of fractures in the past year (such as steroids, anticonvulsants, anticoagulants, lithium supplements, etc.) 3: Diagnose secondary osteoporosis and other diseases that can affect bone metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, multiple myeloma, etc 4: Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, hematopoietic system disorders, or serious diseases that affect their survival (such as tumors) and mental illness 5: Patients with low body weight or obesity (BMI17.5) 6: Physical or mental disabilities that hinder informed consent or active participation in research 7: Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past month 8: Patients deemed unsuitable by researchers to participate.
