Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of adhesive shoulder capsitis; ? Age 18 years or older, disease duration less than 1 year; ? No other treatment was used within 1 week before the visit; No glucocorticoid therapy was used in 6 months. ? Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? the affected shoulder has a history of trauma, surgery or shoulder pain caused by other diseases (cervical spondylosis, etc.); ?Generalized arthritis (such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, etc.) or shoulder osteoarthritis; ? Patients not suitable for puncture treatment (puncture area infection, coagulation dysfunction,); ? Patients with contraindicated glucocorticoids;? Patients with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver and other systems; ? People with mental illness.
