Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for PHN (according to the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, 2016 edition), and the pain duration is < 6 months; ? The painful cutaneous area is located in the thoracic back; No other painful diseases except PHN; ? Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are serious systemic diseases or important organ function lesions; ? Have mental illness; ? There are contraindications of vitamin D; ? Vitamin D supplementation within 3 months; (5) Coagulation disorder or abnormal infection at the puncture site; ? local anesthesia drug allergy; ? Severe diabetes or diabetes complications.
