Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia through oral tracheal intubation; 2) Age greater than 18 years old, regardless of gender; 3) Body mass index (BMI) >= 28kg\m^2 4) Conscious and able to cooperate with anesthesiologists for treatment; 5) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy; 2) Hemodynamic instability; 3) Planning of conscious tracheal intubation surgery 4) Unsuitable conditions for wearing the HFNC device, such as Nasal congestion, current upper airway surgery, facial defects, et al; 5) Patients with intracranial occupations, significant intracranial hypertension 6) Individuals who have participated in other clinical trials within the past three months
