Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 90 patients with elective laparoscopic nephrectomy, regardless of sex, aged 18 ~ 70 years, BMI: 17 ~ 28, ASA I-III grade.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In this study, local anesthesia drug allergy; Have serious cardiovascular diseases; Patients with skin damage or infection at puncture site; Abnormal coagulation function; Patients with central nervous system diseases and severe peripheral nerve injuries; People who have communication barriers or can't cooperate.
