Interventions

Observation group:None
Supine position group (Group A):The patient is placed in the supine position with a bronchial occlusion tube inserted through a tracheal catheter into the left main bronchus
Right lying position group (Group B):The patient is placed in the right lying position and a bronchial occlusion tube is inserted through a tracheal catheter into the left main bronchus

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 to 60 years old. 2) The first part is for patients without obvious tracheal malformations who require chest CT examination due to pulmonary diseases; The second part is for patients who need to block left lung ventilation during surgery. 3) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Obvious tracheal malformation; 2) Patients with lung abscess, bronchiectasis, and hemoptysis; 3) Patients with main airway and protuberant mass.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The proportion of one-time placement of occlusive tubes into the left main bronchus in different positions;Time of Patients who were not inserted into the left main bronchus at once were adjusted to reach the left main bronchus under fiberoptic bronchoscopy guidance;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Monitor arterial blood gas and observe partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide before placing the occlusion tube and when the occlusion tube is in place;
