Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia surgery, with surgery time greater than 1 hour and less than 3 hours; ? Age>9 months,8kg; ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Grade I-II; ? The child has no severe congenital cardiovascular disease and good cardiopulmonary function; ? The patient has no history of catching a cold within the past 2 weeks before surgery; ? The family members of the subjects voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who experience severe laryngeal and bronchial spasms during the perioperative period; ? Febrile person
