Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ARDS patients who meet the 2012 Berlin standards voluntarily sign an informed consent form to enter the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Severe chronic related diseases that affect the lungs, such as bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease, etc.; ? Chronic renal insufficiency; ? Acute myocardial ischemia or severe arrhythmia; ? Pulmonary artery embolism; ? Pregnancy; ? Patients with rheumatism and long-term hormone use.
