Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The mother and her family are willing to cooperate; ? Single pregnancy; ? Gestational weeks 38-41 weeks;? The newborn's 5-minute Absenteeism score was 8-10 points; ? Maternal age 23 ~ 38 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe pregnancy complications; ?Refusal or suspension of breastfeeding; ? Separation of mother and child; ? Definite diagnosis of postpartum depression patients.
