Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Chronic sinusitis according to the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis (2018)" A. Symptoms: Main symptoms: nasal congestion, sticky or purulent nasal discharge. Secondary symptoms: Head and facial pain, loss of smell. The diagnosis is based on two or more related symptoms mentioned above, and one of the main symptoms must be present. B. Sinus CT evaluation Lund-Mackay score = 2 C. Nasal endoscopy that meets guideline diagnostic criteria D. Age: 6 years old = age = 18 years old, no limit to male or female Ps: The diagnosis of CRS in children should be based on symptoms and nasal endoscopy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: a) Sinus surgery within the last year; b) aspirin tolerance; c) cystic fibrosis; d) pregnancy; e) Diabetes mellitus: f) severe/unstable intercurrent illness or any mental illness; g) Odontogenic sinusitis
