Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sepsis patients admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University during the study period, 1) diagnosed with sepsis according to Sepsis 3.0 criteria: a. Suspicion or presence of infection, b. qSOFA =2 points: altered consciousness, RR>22 beats/min, SBP<90mmHg; 2) Age= 18 years old; 3) Estimated ICU stay =24h; 4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute kidney injury has been complicated when sepsis is confirmed; 2) Previous chronic renal insufficiency or dialysis treatment; 3) Patients who give up treatment or die within 24 hours of admission to the ICU; 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Patients who are participating in other drugs or clinical studies or who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
