Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Both males and females aged =18 years. ? Patients with Miller Class I or II gingival recession on the buccal aspect, with or without dentin hypersensitivity or aesthetic concerns, and a desire for surgical treatment. The cementoenamel junction (CEJ) should be visible, and in cases where the facial CEJ cannot be identified, the method outlined by Zucchelli et al. (2006) should be followed (if the facial CEJ cannot be located, interdental soft tissue should be gently lifted with a probe to observe the angle at which the CEJ enters the interdental papilla). ? Non-vital teeth, teeth with caries, progressive non-carious lesions on the tooth surface, and absence of occlusal trauma. ? Probing depth (PD) = 3mm. ? Absence of systemic diseases and infectious diseases. ? No history of smoking, or if applicable, smoking cessation for more than 2 years. ? Patients with good compliance and satisfactory oral hygiene maintenance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with deep overbite (malocclusion); ? Pregnant individuals; ? Smokers; ? Gingival recession sites with caries; ? Non-compliant with scheduled follow-up appointments; ? History of root coverage procedure in the previous recession area; ? Occlusal trauma, bruxism (night teeth grinding); ? Poor compliance, inadequate oral hygiene control.
