Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) status I to III, aged above 20 years, and slated for thoracic surgery with one-lung ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants requiring emergency surgery; 2) Participants with a difficult airway, or known or suspected laryngeal or tracheal lesions; 3) Participants exhibiting limited head mobility; 4) Participants afflicted with severe cardiac and pulmonary conditions, such as asthma and congenital heart disease; 5) Participants presenting an abnormal anatomy of the glottis or the tracheobronchial tree; 6) Pregnant participants, participants diagnosed with mental disorders, thoracic deformity or scoliosis, severe pneumothorax or massive hydrothorax; 7)Participants who refused to sign the informed consent.
