18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults with no history of respiratory system diseases. 2. Age = 18 years and < 80 years. 3. Have not undergone chest or abdominal surgery. 4. Have not received any respiratory function training. 5. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction or acute heart failure. 2. Unstable hypertension, arrhythmias, or unstable cardiovascular conditions, such as significant fluctuations in blood pressure and heart rate, poor cardiac prognosis, or the need for vasopressor medications. 3. Acute chest or abdominal pain with evident clinical signs of pulmonary disease. 4. Radiological evidence of pulmonary bullae or hernia. 5. Non-compliance with the experiment. 6. Pregnancy. 7. Vulnerable populations.
