Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic insomnia group (1) Voluntary signing of informed consent; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic insomnia in China Adult Insomnia Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; (3) the age is between 18 and 65 years old; (4)PSQI scale score =12; (5) Patients who need to be treated with modified Chaihu Guizhi Decoction according to the judgment of the treating doctor; Migraine without aura group (1) Voluntary signing of informed consent; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of migraine without aura in China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Migraine (2022 Edition); (3) the age is between 18 and 65 years old; (4) In recent 3 months, the average monthly headache attack was 2-6 times; (5) Have a history of migraine for more than 1 year; (6) Patients who need to be treated with modified Xiongge Shujin Decoction according to the judgment of the treating doctor; Healthy control group (1) Voluntary signing of informed consent; (2) Demographic information is similar to other two groups of subjects; (3) No neurological diseases or other serious systemic diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic insomnia group (1) Patients with nervous system diseases or other serious system diseases; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Other types of sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea or circadian rhythm sleep disorders; (4) contraindications for magnetic resonance examination such as metal implants; (5) The researcher judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study. Migraine without aura group (1) Patients with nervous system diseases or other serious system diseases; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Patients with other types of migraine; (4) contraindications for magnetic resonance examination such as metal implants; (5) The researcher judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study. Healthy control group (1) Suffering from nervous system diseases or other serious system diseases; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) contraindications for magnetic resonance examination such as metal implants; (4) The researcher judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study. Note: Anyone who meets one of the above criteria will be excluded from this study.
