Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of the JME patients group: meeting the diagnostic criteria of juvenile myoclonic epilepsy; Age 8~45 years old; Right-handed; No antipsychotics were taken before enrollment. MRI examination of the head showed no abnormality. Healthy control group included: age 8~45 years old; Right-handed; There is no history of febrile convulsion or seizure in the past; No antiepileptic or antipsychotic drugs were taken before enrollment. Neurological examination showed no positive findings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with JME: status epilepticus =1 time in the 6 months before enrollment; Accompanied by serious heart, liver, kidney and other physical diseases; Combined with other organic neurological diseases; Have psychoactive substances, drug dependence and other mental disorders; Placement of pacemakers, cardiac wires, vagus nerve stimulators, cochlear implants, medical pumps, or other metal implants or foreign bodies in the body; Pregnant women; The neurodevelopment before the onset of the disease obviously lagged behind that of peers; Have a history of cranial surgery, scalp eczema, skin lesions or skull defects and other abnormal conditions. Exclusion criteria of healthy control group: patients with serious physical diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; Patients with organic brain diseases; Have psychoactive substances, drug dependence and other mental disorders; Placement of pacemakers, cardiac wires, vagus nerve stimulators, cochlear implants, medical pumps, or other metal implants or foreign bodies in the body; Pregnant women; Neurodevelopment is significantly behind that of peers; Have a history of cranial surgery, scalp eczema, skin lesions or skull defects and other abnormal conditions.
