Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years; ? Natural conception; ? 14-27 weeks +6 days of gestation; ? Singleton pregnancy; ? No contraindications to exercise; ? Normal mental, memory, and cognitive abilities, and complete ability to talk in Chinese; ?Use WeChat by phone, and have access to the Internet; ? Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Previous history of psychiatric and psychological diseases; ? Patients with visual impairment, comprehension impairment; ? those who have no ability to take care of themselves; ? those who have other medical and surgical comorbidities (e.g., cardiac disease, hepatitis, preeclampsia, etc.) and other exercise-limiting illnesses; ? a history of previous recurrent miscarriages; ? those who are taking part in other clinical research studies; ? those who have a regular exercise routine prior to conception (up to 150 mins of moderate-intensity or 75 mins of vigorous-intensity exercise per week); and ? those who are considered by the researchers as not being suitable for the clinical research study for other reasons.
