Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer and sign the informed consent, through the second affiliated hospital of Nanjing Medical University Ethics Committee approval; 2. Age =65 years, gender is not limited; Expected length of hospital stay of at least 3 days; 4.ASA: I ~ IV grade; 5. Patients undergoing elective orthopaedic surgery; 6. Patients with an estimated duration of anesthesia of =90 minutes;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate due to coma, severe dementia or language impairment; 2. Preoperative symptoms included schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and myasthenia gravis; 3. Severe abnormal function of heart, brain, kidney and liver; 4. A history of severe trauma or major surgery within one year; 5. Having a history of dysfunction of vital organs;
