60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who plan to undergo hip fracture surgery, including total hip replacement, femoral head replacement, and femoral intramedullary nail fixation; 2) Patients over 60 years old but under 90 years old, willing to receive general anesthesia and assessed as frail before surgery, regardless of gender; 3) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Simultaneously conducting other clinical trials; 2) Patients with contraindications to anesthesia medication; 3) Patients who are directly admitted to the ICU before and after surgery; 4) Patients with cognitive or mental disorders.
