Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Middle-aged and young adults (=18 years old and < 60 years old) were clinically diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of "Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases", "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2014)" and "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2018)" formulated by the Chinese Medical Association. (2) The comorbidities of anxiety and depression were in line with the criteria of anxiety and depression in the Chinese Classification Scheme and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders, with scores =8 on the 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)=7 points; 3. Willing amd having general operating skills for using the smartphone WeChat app.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cerebral hemorrhage acute attack stage; Risk of rebleeding; With serious complications; Accompanied by severe mental illness or other diseases affecting intelligence and consciousness.
