Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 20-45 years old, weight 55-90 kg, gestational week 37-41 weeks, cardiac function grade I-II, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification grade II, blood routine, bleeding and coagulation tests were normal, and liver and renal function tests were within normal values. Patients with elective cesarean section, anaesthesia by combined lumbar and epidural anaesthesia (CSEA) with intraoperative application of hemabate followed by butorphanol and tropisetron.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with combined lumbar and rigid anaesthesia diffusion level lower than T6; intraoperative use of other opioids, sedative drugs, antiemetics, etc.; intraoperative application of more than 1 unit of hemabate; and patients with a BMI = 35 kg/m2.
