Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Reduced frequency of defecation and increased stool hardness. 2 Stool = 3 times a week. 3 No organic constipation. 4 Habitual constipation. The symptoms appeared for at least 6 months before diagnosis, and the symptoms met the above diagnostic criteria in the past 3 months. 5 Age 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Those who cannot eat by mouth or who cannot take the tested sample as prescribed. 2 The chief complaint is unclear. 3 Those who are too weak to carry out the experiment. 4 Patients with constipation symptoms caused by surgical operations within 30 days. 5 Recent defecation difficulties due to severe organoplasmic lesions (colon cancer, severe enteritis, intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.) 6 Severe constipation accompanied by pain. 7 Patients with acute gastrointestinal disease within 30 days. 8 Pregnant women. 9 Patients with serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. 10 Those who have other concomitant diseases under treatment. 11 Taking items related to the function of the subject (laxative function) within one month (such as laxative drugs, or other auxiliary laxative drugs, etc.), which affect the judgment of the results.
