Gold Standard:At present, there is no gold standard or reference standard for evaluating conversion to laparotomy after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Index test:1. Measurement of body temperature,2. the number of episodes of cholecystitis, 3. maximum thickness of gallbladder wall (measured by B-ultrasound or abdominal CT),4. gallbladder neck stone

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. A total of 835 patients with benign gallbladder diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were divided into low-risk group (score =2 points) and high-risk group (score > 2 points) after assessment, and the conversion rate and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: complications of severe cardiopulmonary diseases and uncontrollable hypertension or severe diabetes, intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones confirmed before surgery, and a combination of other digestive tract cancer and diseases.
