Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient who was diagnosed with FGID at the gastroenterology department of Peking Union Medical College hospital and agreed to continue with our follow-up. 2. Agree to the VibraImage collection and conduct FGIDs scales and HADS psychological self-assessment. 3. FGID diagnosis meets the Roman IV diagnostic criteria, including (1) functional dyspepsia. (2) Irritable bowel syndrome. (3) Chronic constipation/diarrhea. (4) Central mediated abdominal pain syndrome. (5) Functional esophageal disease. (6) Functional anorectal diseases. 4. Age between18-80 years old. 5. Able to sign and provide informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious comorbidities that affect medication (such as severe liver dysfunction, renal failure, and congestive heart failure). 2. Existence of celiac disease, IBD, or other organic gastrointestinal diseases. 3. Pregnancy or lactation period. 4. Diseases that affect gastrointestinal motility. 5. The drugs currently used include antipsychotic drugs, antispasmodic drugs, antidiarrheals, probiotics, antibiotics, and any other drugs used to treat abdominal pain, intestinal peristalsis disorders, and disturbances in gastrointestinal motility.
