Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Untreated patients with newly diagnosed HCC; 18-75 years old, both sexes; Liver resection was performed and the pathological diagnosis was hepatocellular carcinoma. Complete clinical examination results, pathological data and case data were available. Patients and their families participated with voluntary informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients received non-surgical treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.) within 3 months (for recurrent patients, any treatment prior to recurrence can be included and must be recorded). 2) patients with other major underlying diseases or other tumors. 3) patients with hepatic encephalopathy, cognitive impairment, severe mental illness or psychosis. 4) refusing to participate in postoperative follow-up. 5) patients with residual or recurrent lesions detected by imaging examination within 1 month after surgery;
