Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Highland hereditary patients (altitude >2500m) who have settled on the plateau for more than three generations and have not left the plateau environment within 6 months; ? General anaesthesia surgery within 1 week of descending to the plains; ? Age >18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Those with severely impaired liver and kidney function; ?Those who are unable to cooperate in completing the postoperative follow-up assessment (mental illness, dementia, etc.).
