Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The pulmonary CT shows focal, circular, dense solid or solid pulmonary shadows with a diameter of 5~10mm, which may be isolated or multiple, without atractasis, hilar lymph node enlargement, and pleural effusion. ? Without obvious signs of malignant tumor, we will choose the patient if he or she meets any one item of the following items: i. Patients with no rapid growth in the size of pulmonary nodules in the last 3 months, and doctors of the imaging department, respiratory department, and thoracic surgery departmentall all believe that no further treatment is necessary and follow-up is going on. ii. Thin slice CT and PET-CT shows no obvious signs of malignant tumor; iii. Non-surgical or surgical biopsy results shows no malignant lesions; ? 18 =age =75; gender no limit; ? Patients have high compliance and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and blood system; ? Patients with active tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; ? Patients with mental diseases or other reasons who could not cooperate with the researcher; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Paitents with missing contact information or incomplete case information.
