Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Freshmen of a major enrolled in 2020 at a university in Changsha, Hunan. (2) Persons who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Persons who are also involved in other mental health training. ? Persons who have experienced a major life change or developed a serious physical or mental illness within 6 months.
