Group I :Ultrasound-guided intraplanar insertion, 0.375% ropivacaine 20ml was injected into ITM fascia plane
Group B:Ultrasound-guided intraplanar injection, 0.375% ropivacaine 20ml was injected into intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus nerve

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA):?~? ?Arthroscopic shoulder surgery was planned ?Age 18-65 years old ?BMI: 18-30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Pregnant, psychosis or unable to cooperate ?The operating area is infected ?Anaesthetic allergy ?COPD or with other respiratory diseases, Coagulopathy or with severe systemic disease ?Contralateral phrenic nerve palsy
