40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary shoulder periarthritis; 2. Continuous shoulder pain for more than 4 weeks, and poor effectiveness of oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3. Age range from 40 to 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Shoulder periarthritis caused by cervical spondylosis, rheumatoid arthritis, calcified supraspinatus tendonitis, etc; 2. Injecting steroids or any other injections within the past six months; 3. Suffering from systemic diseases or any serious heart, liver, kidney or tumor related diseases; 4 Have a history of diabetes; 5. Patients with contraindications to injection therapy
