18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)HZ wiht more than 2 thoracic nerve root segments involved; (2) rash onset =12 weeks; (3) age =50 years old; (4) received standard antiviral therapy for 7 days; (5) Pain severity =4 evaluated by the third question of the ZBPI questionnaire, namely "average pain level in the past 24 hours"; ? willing to complete allocation and follow-up evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) immune dysfunction or need for immunosuppressive therapy; (2) liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) coagulation dysfunction; (4) skin infection at the punctured segment; (5) systemic use of antiviral drugs; ? pregnant or lactating women;
