Low dose group:Celecoxib orally 100 mg/d treatment for 3 months

40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 40-90 years old, no gender limit; ? Standing anteroposterior and lateral knee joint X-rays show evidence of grade 2 (mild) or grade 3 (moderate) osteoarthritis; ? Patients and their families actively cooperate with the clinic Trial conduct and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Knee joint infection, tumors around the knee joint, congenital diseases, etc. found before or during the operation; ? History of taking hormones in the past 3 months; ? Severe neurological or vascular diseases affecting the lower limbs; ? Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing arthritis, etc. Spondylitis, gouty arthritis, seronegative spondyloarthropathy, fibromyalgia, bursitis, tendinitis; ? History of trauma, surgery, or knee joint injection of corticosteroids within the past three months.
