Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: liver resection ( resection>=3 segments),age (18-75years), ASA (I-III), NYHA (I or II), Child-Pugh(A or B), Operation duration (2-4hours)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia, acute upper respiratory infection, acute exacerbation of chronic non-obstructive pulmonary disease, corticosteroid infection or treatment, preoperative renal failure(GFR [eGFR] <30 ml/min/1.73 m2),liver resectionresection<3 segments)
