Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who are permanent residents of the city, can go to the hospital for prenatal examinations on a regular basis, have informed consent and are willing to cooperate with follow-up follow-up, and have normal language skills. 2. Pregnant women 25 < = age< = 45 years old. 3. Body weight is not less than 45kg, prenatal body mass index (BMI) is between 18.0~28.0 kg/m^2, BMI = weight (kg)/height ^2 (m^2), including the cut-off value. 4. Good physical and mental health, no history of previous major diseases and drug allergies, no systemic diseases, infectious diseases (such as periodontitis, pneumonia, sexually transmitted infections or urinary tract infections), psychiatric diseases, pregnancy diseases or abnormal symptoms (such as preeclampsia) except gestational diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other drug clinical trials within 1 month before enrollment. 2. In addition to gestational diabetes, suffering from other pregnancy complications or major systemic diseases. 3. Drinking alcohol and/or smoking within the first six months of pregnancy. 4. Have a history of illegal drug use, take probiotic preparations or use antibiotics within 1 month before enrollment.
