Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Clear diagnosis of unilateral closed calcaneal fracture, Sanders classification of type II, III, IV; ? Adopting the "nail in nail" internal fixation system combined with minimally invasive locking steel plate treatment through the tarsal sinus approach and minimally invasive steel plate combined with screw internal fixation treatment through the tarsal sinus approach; Retrospective collection of traditional "L" incision combined with steel plate internal fixation treatment in the past; ? Patients treated with the "nail in the nail" internal fixation system combined with minimally invasive locking steel plate through the tarsal sinus approach were compared with those treated with minimally invasive steel plate combined with screw internal fixation through the tarsal sinus approach or traditional "L" incision combined with steel plate internal fixation. The main observation indicators were hand surgery time, intraoperative bleeding, measurement of calcaneal imaging parameters, and Maryland foot score Retrospective case-control study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with open calcaneal fractures or combined lower limb vascular and nerve injuries; ? Individuals with a history of trauma surgery or other factors affecting ankle function on the same lower limb; ? Merge other fractures or dislocations of the foot and ankle; ? Patients with congenital malformations, tumors, and acute or chronic infections of the calcaneus; ? Patients with heart and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and long-term smoking history; ? Malnutrition and metabolic diseases that affect fracture and incision healing; ? Under 18 years old.
