Acupuncture combined drug group:added Qihuang Needle Therapy On the basis of intervention in the drug group

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Vestibular Migraine 2.Patients are aged 20 to 75 years 3.Did not participate in other relevant trials 4.Two weeks prior to enrollment, no medication and treatment related to the dizziness 5.Voluntarily participated in the study, and signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumor, etc. (2) Allergic to treatment drugs. (3) Those who have adopted other treatment options for VM.(4)Taked drugs or used treatment measures related to vertigo before enrollment within two weeks
