Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute st elevation myocardial infarction; 2. participants were informed and consented.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, or recently planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding women, 2. Incomplete clinical data, 3. Patients with moderate-to-severe aortic stenosis or regurgitation, 4. Patients with defibrillators installed, 5. Allergic to the drug, 6. Those who do not agree to participate in this study.
