Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-65 years old (2) Clinical diagnosis of lung cancer, including imaging or pathological results diagnosis (3) Planned to undergo thoracoscopic lung cancer resection surgery at a scheduled time, with general anesthesia as the anesthesia method (4) ASA grades I to III (5) Voluntarily join and sign a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency surgery (2) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction before surgery (3) Preoperative complications such as COPD, pulmonary bullae, and inguinal hernia (4) Preoperative complications such as pulmonary infection and respiratory failure (5) Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy (6) Unable to cooperate due to cognitive or language impairments (7) Refuse to sign the consent form.
