Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: KOA patient (1) right-handed and aged 55 to 70 years, (2) matching the Kellgren-Lawrence ? diagnosis criteria for KOA, (3) a VAS score of knee pain in the past 24 hours <5; (4) BMI <=30kg/m^2 (5) Those who refuse surgical treatment and voluntarily participate in this trial and sign an informed consent form. Health control (1) The knee joint has no pain and good function; (2) Aged between 55 and 70; (3) BMI=30kg/m^2; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) In the acute stage of osteoarthritis, VAS score >=5 (2) Patients with knee joint injuries, surgical history, tumors, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and other diseases (3) Rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, infectious arthritis, pigmented villonodular synovitis (4) Psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, Browning, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma (5) severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and mental illness (6) Patients with significantly reduced exercise ability due to other reasons other than knee osteoarthritis (7) Patients with claustrophobia who could not complete the MRI scanning or the investigator judged that patients with other conditions could not cooperate with the investigator.
