18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with primary cesarean scar pregnancy who are over 18 years old. (2) Singleton pregnancy with a gestational age of =12 weeks. (3) Patients who voluntarily choose surgical treatment. (4) Patients who can comply with postoperative follow-up. (5) Subjects (or their legal representatives) must understand the nature of the study and sign an informed consent form. (6) According to the criteria of the Qilu Clinical Practical Classification (Qilu Classification).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have received pre-treatments such as medical therapy, uterine artery embolization, or curettage. (2) Patients who cannot exclude ectopic pregnancy or gestational trophoblastic disease. (3) Patients who cannot tolerate surgery. (4) Patients with concomitant malignant tumors.
