Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with a diagnosis of tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps brachii. (2)Subjects aged between 18 and 65 years. (3)Duration of disease between 3 days and 1 year (4)Tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps tendon on one side (5)Patients who volunteered to be tested and signed the informed consent form. (6) Those not participating in other clinical trials. Patients with severe physical weakness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for biceps longus tendon tenosynovitis and the inclusion criteria (2)Shoulder pain and dysfunction due to trauma, shoulder fracture, dislocation, infection, tuberculosis, tumour, severe osteoporosis, etc. (3)There was a skin rupture at the operative siteSkin infectionTreatment site deep abscess and systemic acute infectious disease (4)Period of exacerbation of all serious visceral diseases (5)Patients with severe physical weakness (6)Patients with high blood pressure and emotional stress (7)malignant tumor patient (8)Treatment of nursing or pregnant women, women avoid pregnancy and monthly period (9)Patients with rheumatoid diseases Diabetic Patient (10)Can not adhere to the treatment or withdraw from the treatment, can not be observed
