Interventions
the intervention group:the goal-directed combined with TCM triple early exercise program, including acupoint massage, ear seed burial and pediatric massage.
the control group:Routine nursing and rehabilitation measures were adopted, including: ? to turn over every 2 h, 4h pulmonary physiotherapy once
? to cooperate with rehabilitation therapists for swallowing function exercise and limb flexion exercises according to the condition of the child, 2 times / d, 20 min / time.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? mechanically ventilated children aged 1 to 18 years; ? PICU expected to stay> 48h; ? informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? expected mechanical ventilation <24h; ? expected activity within 24h; ? children with hospice care; ? children with contraindications to activity.
