Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Work in ICU more than1 year; 2) Informed consent and be willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy; 2) Those who are allergic to essential oil components; 3) Patients with skin-related diseases are not suitable for essential oil massage; 4) taking psychotropic medications or hypnotics; 5) participating in other relevant research interventions.
